1. Hydrate Before You Arrive

Drink plenty of water the day before and the morning of your appointment. This makes your veins easier to access and improves how you feel during the drip.

2. Eat a Light Meal or Snack

Have something to eat within 1–2 hours of your session. Low blood sugar can cause light-headedness during infusion.

3. Wear Comfortable Clothing

Short sleeves or loose-fitting tops make it easier to access your arm. Bring layers in case you get cold.

4. Bring Entertainment (Optional)

Feel free to bring a book, headphones, or simply relax during your 30–45 minute session.

5. Be Honest About Your Medical History

Let your provider know about any medications, allergies, or medical conditions you have before starting.

1. Continue Hydrating

IV therapy boosts hydration, but continue drinking water to support the detox process and help vitamins circulate.

2. Eat Well
