You will receive TWO SEPARATE lab orders. Your first panel includes LH, and FSH for testing in the early follicular phase, and your second panel measures the remaining values seven days post-ovulation (ideal for Progesterone). This dual-panel approach ensures the most accurate hormonal profiling by aligning with specific menstrual phases.For women with absent or irregular menstrual cycles, these labs can be done at the same time, ensuring convenience while still offering valuable insights into their hormonal health.**

This lab does not need to be taken in a fasted state, but cortisol readings are ideal first thing in the morning. Lab orders with Estradiol, LH, and FSH are intended for the early follicular phase, while remaining labs with Progesterone should be approximately 7 days post-ovulation. You can opt to pull labs from both panels at the same time depending on your analysis goals.
